GENERAL CONDITIONS APPLICATION DEADLINE: by 20 December each year

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is sufficient) to the EuroWoman Secretariat.

Cancellations made by 20 December will result in a full refund less €250 to cover administration costs.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person by 20 December without incurring any cost penalty.

EuroWoman Secretariat must be advised in writing of any alterations or transfers.

PAYMENTS: All the prices given are Euro.

REGISTRATION: The final registration is confirmed with all the documents completed. Participants are required to provide all the necessary information listed on the registration forms.
