Twenty years ago, when we began this journey, the concept of a truly global women’s club didn’t exist. In Europe and Asia there were a few women’s clubs, but most operated within men’s networks like Rotary or BOSS Club. In the United States there were more clubs, yet none were genuinely global. We set out to change that—building a borderless club: a global hub where businesswomen from every culture can connect, collaborate and grow.

We also tackled a vital challenge: the need for broad international ties. Most existing women’s clubs were too local, lacking the scale and resources for meaningful global business engagement. From day one, our aim was to create a club of clubs—a place where individual women and entire local clubs could join forces, accelerate global interaction and forge powerful international alliances.

A hundred years ago, women were denied basic rights—owning property, accessing education. Today, we have fought for equality and achieved it.
