Representative Office

The WORLD WOMAN International Successful Women Club (WWC) - is the world’s women organisation for business development of women-leaders, which is interested in developing a network of clubs through reputable and reliable local Ambassadores.

If you want to create and lead a WWC Representative Officein your city and fulfill all the quality standards of a global network of WWC, we suggest sending us a open a WWC Representative Officerequest:

This is not franchising. This is a mission.

WORLD WOMAN CLUB (WWC) is a global initiative managed from the United Kingdom by WESIO (World Education, Science and Innovation Organisation Ltd., Scotland).
We do not sell franchises and we do not establish commercial branches in other countries.

A WWC Representative Office is a volunteer leadership role — a trusted mission to build a local community of successful and self-sufficient women, amplify global programs, and represent WWC with honor and integrity in your region.

What is a WWC Representative Office?

A WWC Representative Office is a local hub of WWC activity in your city or region. It is created and led by a WWC Ambassador and brings women together through meetings, events, mentoring, and social initiatives — aligned with WWC values and international standards.

To keep the model clear and transparent:

  • A Representative Office is not a legal entity in your country.
  • A Representative Office does not collect payments and does not issue invoices.
  • All membership fees are paid directly to WESIO (UK) through official channels.
  • The Representative Office is not a business — it is a respected mission of leadership and service.

Who can apply to open a Representative Office?

To apply, you must be an active WWC member with AMBASSADOR status.
This is a necessary condition that confirms alignment with WWC values and leadership standards.
If you are ready to lead, unite, inspire, and build an ethical community — you are in the right place.

The Head of a Representative Office is a missionary leader

A Head of a WWC Representative Office is a mission-driven leader. She is a woman who has not only contributed to WWC and earned the WWC Ambassador status (a mandatory prerequisite to apply for the role of Head of Representative Office), but also reached a level of independence and maturity to personally invest in the development of women’s leadership in her region.

This leader is someone who:

  • is a business owner, top executive, or leader of a social movement or organization;
  • has access to meeting spaces (office, partner venues) or can independently finance and organize events;
  • sees WWC cooperation as an opportunity for personal and societal development, not as a way to earn money;
  • is capable of multiplying the opportunities WWC provides and scaling them into sustainable local initiatives;
  • is able to build resilient structures — self-financed NGOs, projects, or companies — that can attract grants not only within WWC directions, but also through related local and international grant programs.

When the Head of a Representative Office works in this spirit, cooperation with WWC becomes part of building a true international movement of women leaders — for goals women define themselves, and first and foremost for equality and equal opportunities across all areas of life.

We move society closer to understanding the value of women and their maximum involvement in global economic, social, and leadership processes.

What is important to understand in advance

We are transparent about how WWC works:

  • A Representative Office is a volunteer mission, not employment and not a paid role.
  • WWC does not promise profit, income, or reimbursement.
  • Membership and payments are administered centrally through WESIO (UK).
  • Grants are optional support, not guaranteed or automatic.
  • The right to lead a Representative Office exists only while you maintain active AMBASSADOR status and follow WWC standards.

Exclusivity: how it works
Exclusive rights apply to Representative Offices opened by Ambassadors as physical persons.

If a Representative Office maintains the agreed development pace, its exclusivity remains in force. If a Representative Office operates with a stable membership base that does not grow or change across reporting periods (the Club Year), the right of exclusivity may be suspended, while the Representative Office retains the right to continue its activities. If the number of WWC members actively participating in the Representative Office falls below 10, the Representative Office may be subject to suspension of activities, while each member retains their rights as an Independent WWC Member without any limitation or discrimination.

At the same time, within the same territory, WWC may cooperate with Associated Members (companies or organizations) that join WWC with their own independent membership field (for example, corporate or organizational communities) and establish separate Representative Offices based on that existing membership field. This does not create a conflict of interest and does not dilute the Ambassador’s exclusive leadership space — it expands the mission through partnership formats, unless otherwise agreed through special arrangements with the WWC Head Office.

How to open a WWC Representative Office (step-by-step)

Step 1 — Application
Tell us who you are, which city/territory you propose, and why you want to lead a Representative Office.

Step 2 — Head Office Approval & Alignment
We hold a strategic conversation to confirm eligibility, discuss your vision, define the Contract Territory, and align expected results for the Club Year.

Step 3 — Preliminary Agreement Signing (Ambassador)
You sign the Representative Office Agreement and confirm your AMBASSADOR status.

Step 4 — Build the Community (Minimum 10 Members)
You unite at least 10 WWC members around your initiative (members may have any WWC status). This becomes the key milestone for opening the Office.

Step 5 — Final Verification & WWC Signature (Acceptance)
WWC management verifies the milestone and formally accepts the establishment of the Representative Office by signing the Agreement.

From this moment, you are granted the title of Head of the WWC Representative Office, which enables you to:

  • officially represent WWC in your city/region within the agreed framework;
  • use the designation “WWC Ambassador” and “Head of WWC Representative Office” in communications and materials (in line with brand standards);
  • build and coordinate a local WWC community (events, meetings, initiatives);
  • participate in WWC programs, global activities, and leadership tracks;
  • request support, tools, and guidance from the WWC Head Office;
  • apply for discretionary support programs and grants (where available, subject to rules and approval).
